2. Principle
This website collects as little personal data as possible. It uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services, no contact form and no embedded content from social networks. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Metanet AG in Switzerland. Each time a page is opened, the server automatically records technical data: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system, and the referring page. This data is used only to run the website securely, is not combined with other data and is deleted automatically after 15 days.
4. Contact by email
If you write to falstaff@swissjester.com, your email address and message are used only to reply and are not passed on. By sending in a word, a translation or a video, you agree that Falstaff SwissJester may publish it. Names are only mentioned with explicit consent.
5. Links to social networks
This website contains plain links to Bluesky, Mastodon, X, TikTok, YouTube and Reddit. You are only taken to a platform when you click a link; its own privacy policy then applies.
6. Your rights
You may ask at any time what data about you is stored, and have it corrected or deleted. An email to falstaff@swissjester.com is sufficient. This website is subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, you also have the rights it grants, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
7. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated when the website changes. The version published here applies.
